I need buy all stocks from any cheap company listed on otc markets (pink sheets) The problem is most companies have issued more than 500.000.000 shares Is expensive to get a new company quoted on otc markets/pink sheets ?
Search for "shell companies" and/or "shelf companies" They are similar. You will need to make inquiries and most important, ask for leads... Shells already listed are not found everywhere. As for getting quoted, here's some info to keep you and your favorite search engine busy for a while. https://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/getting-traded Good luck
I can make a company right now, and have it listed on the OTC for real cheep. The buy price will be $.00000000001 per share. I'll block trade you 1 billion shares for that price. The moment you buy them, I will offer them for 1 picopenny higher than you paid, I will make a few grand, and you will be left in the lurch. The fack you on about dude? MORON!
You may need to file some paperwork with the SEC when buying more than 5% of all shares of a single company: https://www.investmentfundlawblog.c...by-funds/acquiring-5-publicly-traded-company/
