Thanks to those who chimed in genuinely appreciate the honest takes. What really stands out is how much judgment still matters, even with all the models and rules in place. At the end of the day, it’s still people making the hard calls when things get messy One thing I’ve been thinking about: Where do traders actually feel supported—and where does it start to feel like too many layers, second-guessing, or just noise? Also curious for anyone who’s worked at different firms What made a trading culture feel good to you? What helped you perform—and what got in the way? Still here to learn. Appreciate the openness so far. clementkwokkingman
The market is all noise and second guessing basically. A trader needs to have double and triple vision to see and sense what's unfolding. Refinement of understanding and process. So many people just trace lines blindly on a chart like a donkey following a carrot and they wonder why they don't have a carrot.
I knew it was too good to be true. Real ET members look demented, blue collar and pyscho, delusional, religious, drunk, losery.
