Rumours: GM considering bankrupcy tonight?

I'm hearing hints on this and other forums that GM is considering bankruptcy after the likelihood of a U.S. bailout turns grim.

Of course bankruptcy is an option, especially if you don't get the money you need to survive. Mostly fear mongering though, it seems to be in vogue lately.
