    From Fox Houston:

Clifford Hall says he’s more than happy to pay child support for his 11-year-old son.

"I’m his father it’s my responsibility to take care of him," Hall says.

But Hall says when the amount of child support was modified no one told him.

"I discovered for some reason his employer was withholding a large amount some weeks a small amount some weeks a zero amount some weeks," says Hall’s attorney Tyesha Elam.

"I didn’t want to go to jail basically," Hall says.

So Hall quickly paid almost 3 grand in back child support.

When Hall and his ex were in Judge Lisa Millard’s court last November he owed nothing.

"Opposing counsel testified twice that he’s all paid up," says Elam.

But the attorney representing the child’s mother wanted Hall to pay her three grand in attorney fees and Judge Millard agreed.

Court documents also reveal Hall wasn’t following the court’s scheduled times to pick his son up for visitation.

Another modification Hall says he knew nothing about.

"The Judge ended up sentencing him to 6 months in jail." Elam says.

"When she said I remand you to the Harris County Jail for 180 days my mouth just dropped," says Hall.

"This entire situation is shocking to me," says community activist Quanell X. "I’ve never seen one like this."

Quanell X wants the state’s judicial board to investigate.

"The court failed the child," he says. "The court failed Mr. Hall the system broke down."

"I’m like he couldn’t have gotten a worse result," Elam says. "He could have gone in there with a monkey and gotten a better result. What did I do that my client has over paid over visited and is now paying 3 thousand dollars in attorney fees and is going to jail for 6 months."

"I can’t be there for my son in jail," Hall says. "I can’t pay child support in jail. This is not in the best interest of the child."...

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is a systematic breakdown of families and fatherhood in the United States, and this story shows how the court system is increasingly a part of the problem.

The thing is if he's in jail, no income. No income, he falls behind on child support. Falls behind, he stays in jail until hew can rectify it. He stays in jail, no job.

    Stupid f'n circle.

Think twice before not using condoms, guys.

Being a single male Parent today is akin to being a black man in 1960's Birmingham Alabama, wanting a drink from the white water fountain... And yes, I've spoken about this before at an all black church, and was backed up by a female college professor for it.

Yeah that cunt judge obviously didn't think this one through very well. There's finally a black guy trying to do the right thing by his kid. And the bitch throws him in jail for it.

Exactly my thoughts. First we gave them the right to vote, then drive, then serve in the military, now they are members of the government and this is what they do.......

God made woman from man, for man. This evil and adulterous generation has reversed the roles.

  7. So I saw the guy was black, and I said...gotta be more to this story.

Here is the court records of his payments.

As you can see, he would go months without making payments. She had to file motions to enforce as early as 2008 to get him to pay. Most recently he didn't make a payment between Christmas 2012 to nearly the end of February 2013. Even if you give him the benefit of the doubt, you can't seriously tell me that a black man isn't going to notice when he suddenly has hundreds of more dollars one month than the month before. He would certainly know it if you short changed him $5 bucks.

Here are all the motions that were filed in the case. He is totally lying about not knowing about the modifications because he fucking responded to them all as per the court documents.

Doesnt matter if he was all paid up, the mother had to spend $3,000 over the years to get this deadbeat to pay.

  8. Well, the problem was that a black man paid any child support at all. He created a dangerous precedent for his people. It is a central part of modern black culture that the rich white man has to pay for black babies, not black men.

The judge stepped in to correct this unseemly behavior and protect the larger community.

  9. The Bible says something about how the first to testify has a really strong case until you get the facts.
