  4. I agree they are trying to minimize it, but I think they are saying the ruling itself was narrow, not the vote. I haven't read the opinion and the news reports are too sketchy to base any conclusions on.

This case presented the conflict was obvious from the day courts started down the slippery slope of extending constitutional protection to conduct proscribed in no uncertain terms by every major religion.

I hear you but it's bullshit to say SCOTUS voted narrowly "in favor of a Colorado baker."

"The justices voted 7-2 that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission violated Phillips' rights under the First Amendment."

    Nothing narrow about that.

It was the larger issue that wasn't addressed but the MSM propagandists know that most sheeple won't dig deeper. Especially the leftists whose bias they confirmed.

  7. A narrow ruling as compared to wide-ranging one.

    Dolts.

Did you even bother to look below the headline?

Hi "late 50-something internet lurking fag hag from Canada", don't you have enough to worry about in your own country?

  9. You're really like a dog with a bone, aren't you? And it's not even your bone, it's Tsing's. I wonder what Freud would say. Regardless, I suggest you get address your cognitive deficits first, and then look into your fascination with Tsing's besotted musings.

  10. Conservatives like Jason Kenney wasted no time pouncing on Trudeau, who quickly offered an apology and retraction.

"Perhaps I got tangled in semantic weeds in my comments, particularly in view of the Conservatives' cynicism on these issues," he said in a statement. "I want to make it clear that I think the acts described are heinous, barbaric acts that are totally unacceptable in our society."
