We are very close to the holiday season where I normally take 4 weeks break from day trading. I like to use this time and create a 1-minute timeframe trading strategy. I have already tried the following without much luck Levels - Support and resistance trading (Kewltech style of S/R) Indicator trading such as those by Alexander Elder and Co Intermarket correlations trading I'm not asking for a strategy but some ideas such books/journals which could help me in this journey. @schizo @QTrader20
Look at the last two or three entries in my journal made today and think through the concepts explained therein. I did it on a 2m TF but the concepts apply to 1 m, 5m, 15m. It doesn't matter.
Look at my last several posts in my journal made TODAY. The concepts apply on all TFs 1m, 2m, 3, 5m, 15m and so on. It doesn't matter. You may find something useful in these last posts and videos I made today. Something you could tweak??? Techniques for Day Trading the ES, NQ, YM, MES, MNQ, and MYM | Page 222 | Elite Trader
https://qoppac.blogspot.com I think the guy has a handle / journal here. I’ve also made a thread … What are some basic strategies ?
Yeah stop day trading...you trade the chart not the clock. Also support and resistance levels don't even exist.
this is the biggest money opportunity of the year from now and even trading thru new years day. when the us markets are closed during this season there will be a slaughter happening overseas. every year is like that. learned this from ned davis.
I don't day trade on the last week of the year. It is the worst time for day trading as many big boys from Europe and America disappear from the trading desks. Don't believe in those year end window dressing nonsense
Hello tony.m, I focus on trading 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. I will take time off from trading when my trading account shows +$ 5million dollars cash. Until I have $5million cash in my account, no breaks for me. Take a break for what, to be poor? What will you do doing your break? Not me, trade until I get rich or just die poor. It is just that simple for me. No break for me, poor people take breaks.
