    FYI, the Emergency Alert System has been hacked and broken since before its inception (migration from the Emergency Broadcasting System).

    Many have used EAS for their personal gain, to the detriment of all.

    Apparently, EAS was hacked by pedophiles. Along with the IT systems, including financial systems.
