Pretty clearly. That said, Tucker doesn't have to answer to voters so he has latitude to speak his mind. Cruz needed to walk a finer line considering his last race. Still, Cruz got dusted up reasonably well IMHO.

I don't agree with Cruz on the Middle East, but he was considered one of the brightest at Harvard Law School.
