http://cmp.colmex.com/protected_201...42&AffiliateOrg=1&Campaign_ID=70120000001MzCK I saw this promotion here and clicked on it. It says you get to trade for 30 days and keep your gains and not have to pay back your losses. I think there is probably more to it than that.
As far as I know, the main limitation is that your starting balance is limited to $1k, and if after 30 days your account is less than that, they will cover the loss up to the initial $1k balance. So it's basically a way for you to dip your toe into the trading waters without worrying about blowing out during that first month.
Only way possible is if they are the counter party to your trade. 95% you 'loose' your balance back to them.
That's a weird intro offer, or proposition. -- I'd be fishy too What kind of broker would eat up your losses, up to 1K amount...to get you to trade for 30 days free. -- there has to be some other hook or catch to it. Usually those offers are like...you get a free Ipad mini, if you deposit $50K into a Etrade acct or something like that. and you make 100 trades within the first month or two.
They deal desk your trades and also use 95% traders as a anti-intelligence algorithm and place multiples of leverage in actual interbank market. The database of real time trade decisions is powerful. You can design a hedge fund around this concept.
...So in plain English...you're saying or implying they definitely will screw you over... They are the devil casino, woo'ing the sheep in to the slaughter house...
Not necessarily, your decisions are more powerful than Ren Tec complex machine learning forest algo's. They have effective created a super computer of newbie traders decisions. The profits from the hedge fund payoff the 5% that win.
It's based in Cyprus, that should be a red alert to any trader. Read the below piece, about the laxed security regulations in Cyprus and don't forget they dipped into traders accounts for bail in during credit crisis.... http://www.timesofisrael.com/the-wolves-of-tel-aviv-israels-vast-amoral-binary-options-scam-exposed/
They won't screw you over, it's to get you trading with them, your trades aren't going anywhere as they expect you to lose, so blow 1K, they'll give it back, zero cost to them, they hope you keep losing after is all. Also means, when you get good they'll mess you around and kick you out, but 30days with zero risk, better than Demo account
