Trading algorithm for EXANTE broker clients

My name is Artem and I was born in Sevastopol which is Crimea, Ukraine. However, I have Russian residency which in result caused a lot of trouble.

So, I am a professional trader. I started my career in UK OSTC prop firm and than spent some time focusing mainly on oil trading in largest oil brokerage in Russia. To cut the long story short I left both companies to trade for myself and build a trading algorithm.

I've spent a few years to polish my strategy and construct a decent algorithm. I had some Russian clients to manage its money and planned to attract more as everything finally started to work perfectly. However, after the sanctions kicked in I can no longer trade with Russian residents and I am forced to find non-RU residents. Obviously I am struggling with it.

So, if anyone interested I am suggesting to trade and algorithm based on EXANTE broker API. I am trading ES.CME/CL.NYMEX/NG.NYMEX/HE.CME/6B.CME/ZS.CBOT.

I am trading and impulse strategy which aims to catch a short term trend movement. All trades are made intraday, have stop-loss orders and adequate risk management. Expected P/L per month 15-30%.

I will be happy to discuss my strategy, share results or anything else which you may find interesting in this topic.

 

What does a broker API have to do with a strategy? Your strategy should be agnostic of any API, unless you want to promote that particular API for no apparent reason.

 

Hi, how much capital does this system require at minimum to make 15% per month?

 

Hi can I do 300% a month instead? I want 10x leverage.

 

Even 15% per month, why share such a valuable strategy? Simply trade it and you'll have more money than you know what to do with in no time.

 

I don’t have personal 50k$ which is needed to trade EXANTE account for Russian residents right now. That why I am working with investors. Besides, why do I need to limit myself with only my own funds if the strategy is liquid and I can get access to investors money and setup a fund?

So this is 43k account. We traded only on lot of each instrument. It’s possible to trade only one or two instruments. So the balance depends on the number and margin req per instrument.

 

I am just explaining that my algorithm is currently working only for EXANTE clients. EXANTE and IB (for example) have slightly different end points and requests so I will need some time to relocate my algo from EXANTE to any other broker.

You are absolutely right, my strategy has nothing to do with API.

 

Do you have a PnL chart for 1 year?
From it one can read the max drawdown etc.
