TRUDEAU BLAMES TRUMP FOR CANADA’S ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT CRISIS
    7:48 PM 12/21/2018 | WORLD
David Krayden | Ottawa Bureau Chief
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is blaming President Donald Trump and his “domestic realities” for the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants coming into Canada.

Trudeau made the comments Friday during a year-end interview with Global News.

Dubbed a “border crisis” by the Official Opposition Conservatives, an increasing number of Canadians are also concerned about the steady stream of illegals coming into Canada, according to polls. The flood of would-be refugees began shortly after Trudeau issued the now infamous #WelcomeToCanada tweet in January 2017 that invited the refugees of the world to come to Canada, even as Trump aimed to tighten American borders.

But Trudeau blamed the U.S. for the migrants coming north in the Global News interview.

“If people are in the midst of migration around the world right now, it’s not because of a tweet restating — almost word for word — Canadian policy on refugees, because that’s exactly what it was,” he told the network.

“And certainly, if people are fleeing the United States right now and are choosing to leave the United States right now, it’s not something I said. It is perhaps domestic realities within the political context in the United States that is driving people to move or to make those certain decisions.” (RELATED: New York Residents Assist Illegal Immigrants Cross Into Canada)

While the illegals sit in Canada waiting to see a refugee board, they receive accommodation, medical care and legal aid at taxpayer expense. Many are staying in three-star hotelsbecause migrants have already eliminated any vacancies in homeless shelters. The Opposition has tabulated the cost to the federal government at over $1 billion (CAD).

Trudeau is also an enthusiastic advocate of the United Nations Global Compact on Migration that the United States has rejected on the grounds that it could inhibit national sovereignty. Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer pleaded with Trudeau to reject the treaty but the prime minister would not hear of it. He thinks the Conservative opposition to the pact is “dangerous

  2. Enjoy the freeloaders Justin.
Hopefully Canada can do better than the EU has with getting the invaders, oh wait “refugees”, to actually get a job and contribute to society.

    Not likely

  3. Canadians don't want any immigrants with brown skin.

To the Canadians "diversity" means you might ski at a different mountain or support a different hockey team or drink Labatte Bleu rather than Molsons.

Also, just to stay politically correct here. There are no "illegal" immigrants in Canada, they are referred to as "irregular migrants." As if they could suddenly start taking Ex-Lax or eat more fiber or something and become "regular" migrants.

Meanwhile the Canadians continue to abuse their own First Nations people- adding to their long, long history of abuse- throwing more welcome mats down for Haitians because they speak French.

The Chinese are utilizing their time to develop their nation while the westerners are wasting their time on Immigration, Islamisation, political correctness, liberalism, feminism, virtue signalling, etc.

The Chinese don't have these problems. And I don't see how westerners could solve their 'internal' issues anytime soon.

Actually, what Canada doesn't want is disgustingly ignorant Americans like you in our country. Couldn't care less what colour skin you have it's your ignorance that is off putting. You can keep pretending that Canadians mistreat their own but even at our worst we can't touch the US and the underlying systematic racism that has become more popular again recently under Trump.

Look, we know you are too busy shooting yourselves and drilling up fear about "open borders" and how assorted people "not like you" would damage your country if they are allowed in. So what, the news reminds us about fucked up you guys are right now every week. So you can post bs on here about Canada all you want, but seriously now, nobody intelligent believes you it's bs beyond a few of your like minded ignorant American buddies. You are projecting your racist themes onto Canada and the vast majority of Canadians aren't like you at all, we don't stress about immigrants like you do, and we don't care about skin colour or religious background like you do.

Canada is doing just fine, far better then the US is actually. You see it every time a new crisis occurs, too many Americans are in bad shape to handle any adversity in their life. 2008/2009 barely touched Canada in a meaningful way; Americans got hit with a generational shock. Even with a growing economy your country is socially and politically a complete mess.

  8. LMAO
2008-2009 Generational shock- That lasted all of 12 months before stocks found their bottom and began massive moves up.

Where are Canada’s market and stock prices compared to the U.S from 10 years ago?

You really are one stupid fuck.

  9. . . . . . . and began massive moves up,
    thanks Obama.

  10. Yes Obama, thanks for the 9 trillion of debt, ZIRP, and not one single 3 print on GDP in 8 years!
