Nah, I've made more money swing trading this year than any other year combined. It's too easy to predict the outcome of his actions. For anyone to say they are profitable day trading right now is just silly. The markets are rising, even a monkey could be successful day trading.
Price tend to overshoot undershoot levels when Volatility is too high. Sudden spike becomes even more unpredictable. and nowaday you get crazy slippage too even you are trading micro.
