I see they read posts here sometimes. The data coming from ActiveTickFeedHttpServer (and in the data bar on their own main web page) for index NASX, SPX, VIX is still showing data from April 24. Left vmail, email, chat message, cant reach anyone. Maybe they will see it here....
I doubt it... someone probably tripped over an Ethernet cable in their office. Do you have a SLA w/ them?
Generally speaking, I find that if you can't get through to a salesperson via phone, the company is basically a fraud. Who doesn't jump out of their seat to make a sale these days? Zombie companies... that's who.
Its getting worse today, individual stocks are dropping out, like TSLA and INTC are stuck showing yesterday's closing price.
I have used ActiveTick's Excel plugin for 11 years now and there's definitely something wrong. I first noticed 'missing' data on May 20. I've sent 4 emails with no response and called them 4 times and tried every possible extension in their voice prompt system but all say to use the Live Chat to reach someone. But when I try the Live Chat, a window opens and you have to send a message. I have never received a response with that method either. Out of desperation, I bumped up my plan to the next tier and that part worked as well as them extracting money from my bank account, but the data is the same. I am missing data for 43% of the 10,000 stocks I checked.
