The Stena Immaculate was at anchor when it was rammed by the Solong, a container ship. The Solong is sailing under the flag of Madeira, an autonomous region of Portugal. However investigations show that the Solong appears to be Russian owned via a chain of less than transparent entities. Looks like Putin is letting Trump know who's on top. Who's pitching, and who's catching. Just in case there was any doubt. I'm sure Trump will explain it away, so that he and Putin can get back to tag-teaming against Zelenskyy again.
