Mine is to spend less time managing the book (without affecting expected returns) so I can focus on my day job more.
1) Following my rules 2) Cut losses short 3) Riding winners 4) Only enter when the setup is right 5) On good trades be aggressive and enter market with bigger size 6) Make 1x my annual salary by EOY 2016 I'm hoping this will be my breakout year! good luck everyone! trader99

I have another resolution. If risk off becomes more pervasive that I manage my long only book appropriately and I manage my alpha book appropriately.
Add more size and trade less minutes to make same amount for day trading. Much more into options trading now-expanding, add more time to longer term entry methods to add to existing trades. Keep programing to automate more systems.
Not for me, but it certainly does take a lot of time and effort to put together something that's really, really good.
