I fail to see how hearsay from Comey's fellow coup plotters is admissible or relevant. Comey's self-serving notes are not entitled to be admitted into evidence as business records either. Keeping notes so they could be leaked to the NYT was not part of his job. In fact, his actions raise far more questions than do Trump's. Sessions has failed miserably at getting control of the FBI. McCabe should have been ousted immediately and a criminal probe into his conduct started. Comey's inner circle are at best demonstrated incompetents and should all be let go. This is war and Sessions does not seem to have the stones for it. I bet Christie does though.
