winter blues

  1. I feel so lethargic, sleepy, without much energy and tired during winter months. I take multi vitamins. Q10, omega vit C etc but I want to feel much better than that. Any ideas to improve my condition. Thanks

    On a serious note though, I know people who get Vitamin B shots and they swear by them. I've never done it myself.

    First, stay away from all drugs, legal or otherwise.
    Then, listen to Beatles and Led Zeppelin music.
    Ride your bicycle and/or walk on days that are warm enough.
    Get a new part time girlfriend.
    Get a full time dog.
    I highly recommend the Golden Retriever.
    Your blues will be blown away.

    As has been mentioned; Vit D3, 10k units/daily; multivitamin w/iron; CoQ10 or idebenone; ALA; ALCAR; astaxanthin. Primarily to recycle glutathione.

    St John's Wort and SAM-e for depression.
