Present day Christianity is a religion of beliefs established by emperor Constantine in 325AD. So the beliefs of Christianty today were established by the Nicene Creed. Prior to Nicene Creed Christians held a variety of beliefs about Jesus and the Trinity. The period before Nicaea was marked by theological diversity and debate. There wasn't a single, universally accepted doctrine about the nature of Christ or the Trinity. The Nicene Creed, a human (not Godly) document solidified the doctrine of the Trinity, affirming that God is one being existing in three co-equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Tertullian, a theologian who lived in the late second and early third centuries, is credited with introducing the Latin terms "Trinitas," "persona," and "substantia" (Trinity, person, and substance/essence) to help articulate the Christian understanding of God as one being in three persons.
So when YoungHoon Kim makes the statement as the world’s highest IQ record holder, "I believe that Jesus Christ is God, the way and the truth and the life", he's just parroting political religious dogma that has been brainwashed into humanity. If he'd said "I believe there is a God, a creator, a divine thing which binds all substance together into a living thing" - something along those lines, then I'd agree. There are numerous religious beliefs on the planet, numerous different ideas, but to anchor it all to Jewish Jesus, yeah just nonsense imo. The Church which is claimed to be the bride of Christ is as fracticious as ever, so much for being Godly "the way and the truth and the life." Just more bs, the Church is full of bullshit.
