NOAA Radiosonde Data Shows No Warming For 58 Years
Posted on March 7, 2016 by tonyheller
In their “hottest year ever” press briefing, NOAA included this graph, which stated that they have a 58 year long radiosonde temperature record. But they only showed the last 37 years in the graph.

Here is why they are hiding the rest of the data. The earlier data showed as much pre-1979 cooling as the post-1979 warming.

I combined the two graphs at the same scale below, and put a horizontal red reference line in, which shows that the earth’s atmosphere has not warmed at all since the late 1950’s

The omission of this data from the NOAA report, is just their latest attempt to defraud the public. NOAA’s best data shows no warming for 60 years. But it gets worse. The graph in the NOAA report shows about 0.5C warming from 1979 to 2010, but their original published data shows no warming during that period.

Due to Urban Heat Island Effects, the NOAA surface data shows nearly one degree warming from 1979 to 2010, but their original radiosonde data showed no warming during that time. Global warming theory is based on troposphere warming, which is why the radiosonde data should be used by modelers – instead of the UHI contaminated surface data.

NOAA’s original published radiosonde data showed no net troposphere warming from 1958 to 2010, when the data set ended.

The next graph shows how NOAA has altered their 850-300 mb temperature data since 2011. Another hockey stick of data tampering.

  2. You can't go all the way back to the 1950's for Christs sake. Who needs that much data when half will fit the agenda? That would be like considering all the climate shifts that have occurred over the millennia, long before evil man and his smoke stacks were around. Totally irrelevant.

Humans are responsible for ~3.5% of all CO2 emissions.

The other 96.5% of CO2 emissions originate from degrading biomatter.

CO2 is at historical lows, going back hundreds of millions of years.

CO2 was nearly 4-10 times higher when plant and animal life dominated the planet.

The Midevil warming period saw global temperatures and CO2 levels many times higher then today. No SUV's then.

Ice caps on planets in the solar system have moved in lockstep with temperature changes on earth. As the earth warmed, ice caps on moons and planets in the solar system have melted. As the earth has cooled, ice caps on moons and planets in the solar system have grown.

Solar cycles (solar output intensity) move almost in lockstep with earth temperatures.

Guess what? Earth temperature is overwhelming determined by......THE SUN!

Oh. And cutting human CO2 emissions by 40% will reduce total CO2 released into the atmosphere by 1.4%. The hysterical environmentalists tell us a 1.4% reduction will somehow prevent an apocalypse, even though plant and animal life has thrived on CO2 levels 10 TIMES HIGHER then current levels.

It's all a scam, folks. All a gigantic political/industrial scam to tax your wealth, keep you broke, dependent, and enrich a donor class.

I would also add it's been proven that plant life does much better with higher levels of CO2. CO2 is oxygen to plants. It's what they breathe.

But, but, but ..... 137% of Climate Scientists agree?

  5. They agree that they would like more government funding.

  6. government or big oil. what's the difference? In todays world, first you need scientific support.

This is an instance of "bumblebees can't fly" science. Because they can, and the 15 hottest years on record have occurred in the past 17 years.

  8. how hot has the sun been in the last 17 years?

A fusion reaction, so... hot. Hotter than normal? No.

On who's record? The last 15 years have not been the hottest of mankind's existence. Science is great when you mistakenly assume it backs your position, until it doesn't....kind of like trend trading.
