Sanford, Fl News, 1955: Neighborhood Hails Hero George Zimmerman is being called a hero by local residents after spotting a suspicious man lurking in their neighborhood and following him. Mr. Zimmerman saw the man peering into houses on a rainy night and was instantly on alert. He followed him in his vehicle, but lost sight of him at one point. He called Sanford police from a phone booth and was walking back to his truck when the stranger jumped him and knocked him to the ground and grabbed for Mr. Zimmerman's revolver. After a brief struggle, Mr. Zimmerman fired a single bullet into the man's chest, instantly killing him. Police identified the dead man as Trayvon Martin, 17, of Miami, a negro. School officials in Miami described him as a juvenile delinquent who had recently been suspended. Local police praised Mr. Zimmerman's courage, saying he undoubtedly did them a favor. Chief John Law said, " I wish we had more men like Mr. Zimmerman who are alert to unusual behavior. We encourage the public to take note of strangers and be prepared to defend themselves if necessary." Following the incident, a negro minister from New York, Al Sharpton, tried to foment a riot by local negros. An unruly crowd formed but the police dispersed them using police dogs and batons. Sharpton was jailed and is facing felony charges.
Except maybe for losing the internet, it's a shame we can't return to the 50's. Easily one of the best decades our nation has ever seen.
My friends dad grew up in the valley outside of L.A. back then. He said it was an incredible time to be living in CA back then. Guys I used to work with told me even the 70s were good in California. I am not sure about this but it seems that the world agreed CA was great when Reagan types ran it and pretty much declined quickly when the dems and the leftists took over the govt.
1850s were better...Negros were extremely productive and alot less violent. Nobody was afraid if they were walking down the street late at night and a small group of Negros passed them. Negros in the 1850s had a record 0% unemployment rate. Negros had so little trouble getting jobs back then, that white men actually used to pay other white men to let them use their negros for any jobs they needed done. Whites were so fond of blacks back then that when one went missing, whites were willing to pay a substantial reward if someone found the lost negro. Just look at this ad from april 1861. Do you know how much $50 was back then? That was 2 1/2 oz of gold! There isn't anybody that would pay 2 1/2 oz of gold today to find a lost Negro. I don't know why negros do not want to go back to that golden age of history. Seems they all just want to drink purple drank nowadays, get high and dream of becoming a pimp, rapper, or basketball player.
America has become a society of vocal amoral advocates and their supporters. I don't think we can now go back to an honest, moral America because the education system has been hijacked by these people. Children are no longer educated about the Constitution, the law, the history of America and many other subjects that instill the necessary knowledge to preserve a homogeneous, responsible society. Today it's all about the 'me' and the small 'us' but not about the righteous and the fair and the greater good.
