how little you know.. that is one of the best strategies. let the witness or the lawyer douche it up... then crush them. therefore few people in court really douche it up like you db. only 2 lawyers really ever douched it up like you while on of my cases. I crushed 1 lawyer on appeal... they were awarded nothing. the other is long story regarding a well known song international distribution rights. Suffice to say the lawyer and plaintiff were willing to douche it up... but my client was eventually let out of the case because the plaintiff was not going to lie on record. I also remember one witness who really douched it up on the stand. I asked him a few questions. He douched it up and lied his butt off. But I could not prove it. But since he was such a douche I asked him a series of rather innocuous questions about the facts. Things everyone in the case already knew... but I sort of wanted to know his "friends" name.. someone else did the depo and it never came up... surprisingly. As I said I asked him a bunch of question leading him to believe I was going to bring him into one of the contentious parts of the case... but I asked him about something else At one point he stated he was with his friend. I asked him his friends name. He said he did not know. I stopped the cross right there. During my closing, I spoke to the jury about credibility (the opposite of douche) and I explained how our system was great at getting to the truth and the truth tellers. I then reminded them that witness douche did not even know is own friends name. The jury awarded the plaintiff a nominal amount... less than we had offered. You could say one of the best strategies in court is the anti douche strategy. There is even a jury instruction designed to be anti douche. "falsus in uno falsus in omnibus"
If you had used that word in court, you most likely would have been laughed out of it. In any case, while this scenario is entertaining, you could not have been any better as a lawyer than you are as a "scientist" since you have neither a lawyer's mind nor a scientist's, which is why your posts have so little to offer anyone who thinks.
