If the markets were open 24/7, I would die at 56 instead of 72. People need a break from all that stress. Thank goodness for 3 day weekends.
Petsamo, Hospital are 24/7... so you don't think that doctors (not the assassin in white) have the right to live ( same for all 24/7 activities ) ? Classical hypocrisy of the Financial Industry... the others have to work as dog... but us... plz I need time for my scotch...
Its 2011 not 1977, enough of the pathetic 6.5 hour trading days. Make it at least 12 hours, all it takes is one electronic exchange somewhere in asia to stay open 24/7 and you will see everyone else following along...Time for some changes on these exchanges and expanding the day for more trading hours is where it should go.
