And please forgive those selfish creditors that they dared to charge interest (essentially lower than what Italy currently pays) and only forgave 100+ billion euros and that they may have had to also consider their own tax payer and citizen base. How inconsiderate of them. Creditors in TsingTao land would have of course showered Greece's citizens with money so they all could buy a new Daimler and live happily ever after.

I disrespect authors who pretend they have the great insight into European dealings when they have never been much around in Europe, are not European, and/or have hardly anything to show for in life.
