AMP commissions lower than CME commissions?

I have only used the support line a couple of times - but yea shockingly they are on point and all business unlike anything you will ever experience in support. The best support in not only the trading business, but the best support experience found today anywhere. They just get it done.

 

I was charged 60 Euros costs in a day!
30 Euros for a $300 FX conversion and another 30 Euros for a 500 Euro wire.
Will not be using them again.
Way too high.
