The pupose is not that it is the total answer to a trading system, it's a building block, just like it's not a house, it's just one brick of a house. For example, instead of looking at scores of charts or scores of bars on a chart seeking stocks which are breaking out to a new high, the algo finds them for you, all of them at once which are on your watching list. The coding for this type stuff is very simple, a school kid can do it - WHEN YOU KNOW HOW.
