Are they covering up Abrego Garcia's death or something?

He had a hearing on his asylum claim, it was denied and he received a protection order to not be deported back to El Salvador. Period. That hearing was his due process, the error was sending him to El Salvador. That will be corrected but not by returning to U.S. per AG Bondi. His lawyer isn't even arguing anything different.

"Lawyers for Abrego Garcia have denied his association with the violent MS-13 gang, arguing he is an innocent father who, by the Trump administration's own admission, was deported to his home country in error and in violation of the court order barring his deportation there."

I put what is known including todays very fishy DHS press release into a couple of AI models to tighten it and this is the output. I mostly just added the bit about the work shirt I noticed in his 2019 arrest photo.

    ️‍♂️ Investigative Briefing

The Deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia
A critical examination of DHS claims and the facts behind the case

    Summary
On April 16, 2025, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a statement portraying Kilmar Abrego Garcia as a violent MS-13 gang member, asserting his deportation to El Salvador was proper. However, closer examination reveals a pattern of legal violations, ambiguous evidence, and contradictions in the narrative presented by DHS.

    1. Arrest Circumstances & Clothing Details
Garcia was arrested in 2019 in a hardware store parking lot alongside two alleged MS-13 members. DHS highlighted:

    • A Chicago Bulls cap, allegedly gang-related,

    • A hoodie with a pop-art “see no evil” design,

    • The presence of cash and drugs.
    Yet:

    • Garcia wore a high-visibility construction shirt, commonly used by day laborers, consistent with his claim that he was seeking work.

    • DHS does not confirm the drugs or cash were his — only that they were in the vehicle.

    • The clothing cited is widely available and not gang-exclusive, weakening the implication of criminality.
The arrest context is more suggestive of guilt by association than substantive evidence.

    2. Dubious Gang Affiliation: “Westerns Clique”
DHS claims Garcia was a member of the “Westerns clique,” a New York-based MS-13 faction. This claim is highly questionable:

    • Garcia has never lived in New York. His known residences are in Maryland and nearby.

    • MS-13 cliques are territorially based; affiliation with a New York clique without presence in NYC is implausible.
This strongly indicates misidentification or exaggeration.

    3. Judicial Protections & Due Process Violations
In 2019, Immigration Judge David M. Jones granted Garcia withholding of removal status after evaluating credible threats to his life from MS-13. This status legally prohibited his deportation to El Salvador.

    Despite this:

    • In March 2025, Garcia was deported to El Salvador, violating a binding court order.

    • This action breached due process, violated U.S. law, and ignored international legal standards.
The U.S. District Court intervened. In April 2025, Judge Paula Xinis ruled that the deportation:

    • Was "wholly lawless,"

    • "Shocks the conscience," and

    • Mandated the U.S. to "facilitate" Garcia’s return.
The Supreme Court later upheld this order, reinforcing that DHS's action was not just an error but a grave legal violation.

    4. Family Context: Incongruent with Gang Life
Garcia’s family context further undercuts the gang narrative:

    • His wife had two disabled children (one with autism, one with epilepsy) from a previous relationship.

    • Together, they had a third child with autism and partial deafness.

    • Garcia was the primary caregiver and domestic partner.
Gang involvement — particularly in MS-13 — is typically characterized by:

    • Transient, violent behavior, and

    • Avoidance of high-responsibility domestic roles.
The willingness to support and remain involved with a high-needs family is deeply inconsistent with MS-13 culture and priorities.

    5. Restraining Order: Contextual Omissions
DHS cited a 2021 restraining order filed by Garcia’s wife. However:

    • She later publicly disputed the government’s portrayal of Garcia as abusive.

    • This selective use of past allegations, while ignoring subsequent clarifications, raises concerns about narrative manipulation.
    6. Ambiguity in Criminal Allegations
DHS implies criminality based on the presence of cash and drugs during Garcia’s 2019 arrest. But:

    • There is no explicit claim that Garcia possessed or trafficked either.

    • The lack of clarity in the language appears to blur individual and group liability.
Such framing tactics can inflate suspicion without actual evidence.

    Conclusion:
    The DHS narrative relies on:

    • Vague affiliations,

    • Ambiguous evidence,

    • Omission of legal context, and

    • Disregard for judicial rulings.
Garcia’s actual legal status, family commitments, and the inconsistencies in DHS’s own statements all point to a likely miscarriage of justice — one that has already been recognized by federal courts.

This case represents not just a legal failure but a human one, in which the machinery of immigration enforcement steamrolled due process and common sense.

Thanks for proving its complete horseshit. I guess Stephen Miller made that for Trump.
    • M = Marijuana leaf
    • S = Smiley face (Spanish: "carita feliz")
    • 1 = Crucifix (as the numeral 1)
    • 3 = Skull (as the numeral "3")
Never go full retard. MS13 don't do subtle / vague codes.

MAGA backwards is "A GAM," which sounds like "a gang"!
    • Malditos (Damned)
    • Asesinos (Assassins)
    • Guerrilleros (Guerrillas)
    • Armados (Armed)

    You will be paleface, I'm pre-deported :)
Trump officials won’t share evidence accusing deported Maryland father of ‘human trafficking’
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-officials-won-t-share-230958167.html

The writers of Death of Stalin could not contrive all this.

"Officials also have refused to share any of those reports or any other evidence supporting their claims.

“We’re not going to give out our national security documents every time a terrorist denies they are a terrorist,” Homeland Security assistant secretary Tricia McLaughlin told ABC News on April 15. “That would be insane.”
    "

I just figured it out, he was kidnapped and held against his will in another country, so he was involved in human trafficking. Makes sense now.
