3 days to 'repair' it (if there is anything to be repaired)? It might stretch to 3 weeks/months/years .... Those piping systems are usually designed with built-in redundancy. For example, if a pump is not working, you can switch to a backup pump. And you don't have to shut the piping system. Who will blink first?
