cdo's were not sold to widows and orphans. These were sophisticated clients who should already know they are usually lying, just like at any poker game. but getting back to Bernie and the middle class, how was the middle class doing in the 1990's? They were making more in their 401k and IRA than at their real job. Is it possible for the middle class to get too bloated? They stop becoming upwardly mobile simply because they are the middle class but living like the top 1%.?? or something like that?...you know, late night thinking, but I was just thinking how I worked like hell when I was young, then I achieved just a nice lower middle class lifestyle and I really liked it and never had to work hard again.

I have been listening more closely to Sanders lately. I think he is not talking about what many here are talking about, viz., spending more federal dollars. It seems to me he is talking instead about changing our priorities. I am starting to really like this guy's message. Perhaps this will mean spending fewer federal dollars, but getting more for our buck. I am starting to like what I'm hearing.
I think it is a good idea to pay attention to Sanders. I like this guy. I think some things he is wrong on. But let's pay attention.
