Wtf are you talking about, letters? You came up in hear spewing garbage. Either you are a very poor attorney or an idiot. Likely both.

Yeah, if you are attacked with a skateboard you may defend yourself with lethal force. If a loaded gun is pointed in your face you may defend yourself with lethal force. If a guy yanks on the sling of your loaded weapon then he killed himself.

Stop lying. Debate with facts or GTFO.

  5. He went into a situation which did not require his armed presence and he is going to claim self-defense?

While Mr. Rittenhouse is being pursued by the group, an unknown gunman fires into the air, though it’s unclear why. The weapon’s muzzle flash appears in footage filmed at the scene.

Mr. Rittenhouse turns toward the sound of gunfire as another pursuer lunges toward him from the same direction. Mr. Rittenhouse then fires four times, and appears to shoot the man in the head.

Rittenhouse is being charged as an adult with six criminal counts: first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under the age of 18. The first five are felonies; the weapon possession charge is a misdemeanor.

So Rittenhouse hears gun fire from somewhere and when someone lunges at him he shoots him in the head. Anyone in that protest/riot/group carrying a weapon illegally is committing a crime. Killing someone in the act of a crime could be felony murder...which is what he is being charged with.

Rittenhouse cannot claim self defense against all of those charges. Stop being a bitch and calling me names and discuss the law. He illegally carried a weapon into a dangerous situation and fired into a crowd. Do you think he would have been attacked at all if he stayed home or was not carrying a large rifle? If the people attacking him with a skateboard committed assault then Rittenhouse at least committed recklessly endagering safety.

To argue that the protestors burning down stuff was a crime and there he had a right to go there with a gun and defend property no one asked him to do is a bullshit argument. The police were there and the law does not support vigilantes armed and roaming the streets shooting people.

he is going to jail..sorry it bothers you but vigilantism is not condoned in the U.S.

this guy should've been blown away using that argument:

it's an active shooter situation; pushing said shooter down w/a skateboard or trying to disarm him shouldn't carry a death sentence.

  8. At that moment not sure the cops knew he was a murder suspect when he walked by them. It was a chaotic situation. If he was Black he would have been shot while they let him walk by while people were yelling he shot someone.

Extradition between states is just paperwork so I doubt there is any issue here.

he was arrested on a warrant in his state and they shoudl not have any problem sending him to Wisconsin

  9. Beau Biden.

Took care of the rich Delaware folk. Including the judges who protected the pervs and crooks.

    Just like Joe.

Sexually abused a 3 year old girl and the powers that be moved to protect him, the judge and Attorney General Beau Biden who supported them.

Beau Biden DEFENDS the judge who only gave a du Pont heir probation after admitting to sexually assaulting his three-year-old daughter

Beau Biden has defended the judge who decided to let an heir to the du Pont family agree to a plea deal after being charged with sexually abusing his young daughter.

Biden, the Vice President's son who is in his second term as Delaware Attorney General, wrote a letter supporting Superior Court Judge Jan Jurden and her decision to allow Robert H. Richards IV to admit to fourth degree rape and register as a sex offender but not serve any time.

Her decision prompted outrage after she supported the move by writing that the heir, who just turned 48 yesterday, 'would not fare well' in prison.
