  2. Biden should say no he won't. He won't have the numbers in the Senate to do it anyways. He looks really bad deflecting this question despite what his cheerleaders say. Yes, I'm still voting for him.

this reminds me of what Pelosi said about Obamacare.

these morons in govt now are so smug... their party, their voters and their media not longer even expect them to pay lip service to the idea of informed citizens and a representative democracy or a republic.

even if I were democrat I would not vote for a clown who said that to me.

and yeah... I do change my vote. I voted for Perot after Bush senior said read my lips not new taxes and then raised taxes.

but... his non answer is sufficient...
It simply confirms what we all suspected.
he does not have the capacity to be his own man / person.

Nobody is being fooled by that clown...
we all know he is just puppet for the leftist mob in his party.

If you wish to vote for a puppet because you hate Trump... I get it... but you are voting for a puppet with an addled brain.

I think Trump is actually the one with an addled brain, but they are both puppets of the donor class, a subset of the rentier class... the so-called 1%. The rep puppets tend to be more accumulative (tax cuts for the rich, deregulation), and the dem puppets tend to be more distributive (taxes on the rich, social spending). They, and their supporters, us, are played against each other in a drama which only has significance as a way to keep the 99%'s attention off the 1%. This mock battle is kept at a simmer, sometimes a boil, but whichever puppet is center stage is the one that's been determined to be most useful to the 1% at that time.

  5. Biden most likely will not say he won't because there is a fat chance Nancy will try to force him to pack the court. Or maybe he thinks it is to his advantage to keep quiet. But I do agree, it doesn't look good when he says to wait until after the election to find out.

Only Congress can change the number of Justices as FDR found out.

You are too easily swayed by out of context quotes on ET. Play the video and listen to Biden's complete remark. He could have done better and simply said " The President can not change the number of Justices on the Supreme Court, and moved on. It was a dumb question designed to get him into trouble.

  9. Biden argues that nominating and confirming Barrett is not only politically wrong but that it is constitutionally flawed and thus would create a constitutional crisis.

Add that to the other ten reasons why he graduated 76th out of 85 in law school.

By the logic in the debate, if the American people voted in a democratic congress, they voted for them to do what is necessary to protect the supreme court balance already in republican favor.

They have NO MORAL CHOICE BUT TO PACK THE COURT!

If you follow the logic used in the debate on appointing the handmaid.
