I see the ones coming in now. No skills, no english. They stand outside stores with cardboard signs asking for help. They are displacing the minorities already here and they are the biggest critics. It's a gravy train for someone

  2. One there is one plus thing going for Biden and the illegal immigration bubble.

Canada is so bad right now, that immigrants only stay a few months before jumping ship and giving the US a try. We don't hear from them again.

  3. At least someone is honest that it's not immigrants they don't like, it's that the immigrants have brown skin.

I don't think anyone dislikes them. And they don't all have brown skin. They are being sold the dream by someone. They get here and there isn't even enough for the current occupants

  5. Trump’s Golf-Course Tax Break Could Reach $323 Million

    https://www.wsj.com/us-news/trumps-...d-reach-323-million-3b696ec7?mod=hp_lead_pos4

The deal could save him nearly $120 million in taxes at current rates. The tax form and related documents were obtained by The Wall Street Journal through a public-records request to the City of Doral.

“This is larger than anything I’ve seen,” said Russell Shay, a conservation consultant who has reviewed hundreds of easements.

    ....

Property owners who make conservation-easement donations can claim income-tax breaks under federal law. The break must be based on an appraisal and is typically calculated as the difference between the property’s value before the donation and the value after. The average easement donation in 2019 was $1 million, according to the IRS.

At Doral, the easement shrank the property’s value to $345 million from $668 million, for a $323 million potential deduction, according to an IRS Form 8283. Federal tax forms are confidential at the IRS, but because the easement was accepted by the City of Doral and not a private land trust, the form was signed by the city manager and is a public record

You can´t say that uncle Trump is wasting his time and money!:sneaky:

They are probably taking so long because they can't figure the juice on all the interest they owe you at this point.

    Thanks for these posts.

I am an immigrant myself, so completely agree with your position, but its not the same today as it was back then. My parents never expected anything for free, and even the airline tickets that the government covered had to be paid back. We also assimilated into the way of life here (not the US), and didn't try to change the culture to suit us. There aren't many similarities between the immigrants of 30 years ago and earlier, and the migrants crossing illegally now.

I understand that most aren't going to cause trouble, but the vast majority will unfortunately use resources more than they contribute for years to come. How much should an American taxpayer spend to put these people up in hotels for months and provide them free food and phones and spending cash, etc? There are so many Americans who don't have anything left after paying for their housing and transportation. Its silly to assume that the US can help the millions of migrants crossing into the US when the legal Americans are struggling so much.

I don't blame the migrants for wanting to come because they are coming from pretty shitty countries, but I blame the US for having an open border policy to encourage this when the US is in no position to help. Its of course the elite that orchestrates this whole thing. The strategy these days is to get everyone dependant on the government, force the price of labour way down, prevent dissent since you will obey if hungry enough, and also direct the blame for your lower standard of living onto the said migrants when the actual fault lies with the elite. The migrants are literally a human shield.

The story of immigrants wanting to “change” the country and immigrants being lazy is an old as this country.

I have never met an immigrant who came to America looking for free stuff. I have met literally thousands who have come searching for opportunity to create a better life. (And this runs the gambit from illegal Mexican workers to IIT grads going to Goldman Sachs)

  9. Lemme guess, you also walked to school 10 miles each way in the snow, uphill both ways? Damn immigrants these days, gettoff my lawn!

Gotta ask you, how many of the migrants crossing illegally now have you actually had a one on one conversation with, let alone known in any way at all? Fox ain't reality.

It doesn't matter. This isn't the way to do it. You don't open your border and let anyone walk in.
