On which date did this issue happen?

FYI: on last Sunday (Saturday to Sunday) the US switched from Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDT).

Your country (according to your profile) is Singapore, and according to the information on the Web, your country does not use any daylight saving.

So, daylight saving switching in the US could indeed be the cause for this issue,
ie. maybe you did it during RMH while you believed it was pre-market.

You should tell the whole story with date.

As can be seen: the current time difference is 12h, but in your recent posting you said even 14h to the Central Time in the US (meaning 13h to New York)...

  2. Thanks for the info, trades were done in Feb, before the switch to DST last weekend.

Considering post#16, Shouldn't submitted trades prior market open be captured as working orders if not cancelled?

Is "captured" maybe a special trading jargon? I don't know.
Can you reformulate your question? Best is by making direct quote of the said posting #16 (that was posted by @maxinger).

  4. nothing special, as in 'captured' in a screenshot because broker wrote my screenshot doesn't show them (working orders).

Before an order is filled, shouldn't the order be reflected under working orders? Unless the software disconnected from their server while submitting my trades, yet orders were filled after market open.

Sorry, I don't know the software of your broker. Mine is different: on a page all submitted orders are listed, and each marked as "Open" (ie. waiting to be get filled by the exchange), "Filled" or "Cancelled" or with other status, together with EnteredDateTime and ActionDateTime... and one can Cancel or Modify each "Open" order...
