That's the point Tux. You could say the same thing about every person the Dems have tried to brand as a Nazi.

IOW... show me the MONEY! For the sake of argument, who's currently the best representative leader of the Dems? Newsom? AOC? Mayor Pete? Who do you like and why?

P.S. no one cares about your superficial games Freddy, try to bring some substance to the conversation. At least Tux tries. You're just a clown.

  2. I know no one cares. You keep telling me, over and over again. And then again.

As for "bringing some reason?" Yeah, really. You first. Maybe by refraining from starting stupid threads.

Ok Freddy, I get it. You're butt-hurt. I'll throw you a bone so you don't feel left out....

  4. Yeah, that's how to get me to post a thoughtful comment.

Lol, I never expected a thoughtful comment from you (obviously) but what's good for the goose. I guess you're still sulking. You'll get over it sweetie pie.

Maybe some day we'll elect AOC as prez o_O AHAHAHHAHAAHA!

Let’s not pretend the GOP hasn’t cultivated a far-right base that seeks actual authoritarianism, not just rhetorical excess. The left’s overuse of the label doesn’t erase the fact that the right are actively re-enacting history, just with more branded merch made in China.

Newsom's slick but feels manufactured, from an older era, 90s maybe. AOC is charismatic and principled, but not exactly positioned for national leadership yet. Mayor Pete is sharp but a bit too glib and over-polished for some, maybe needs to get a good movie cameo and fix his Alfred E Neuman teeth. I don't 'like' any of them in the messianic sense, we’re in the era of needing functional adults, not heroes.

However, what's difficult to argue against in this moment, is that the GOP has been able to keep their lunatics in greater check than the Dems have. Just my opinion ofc.

Edit: atm, gun to my head, I go w/ Newsom (slick is tolerable) also something to be said for dark horses (e.g. Roy Cooper)

  10. I like OAC, but I agree that she may not yet be ready for the national stage. As for Gavin and Pete, I think the party could do a lot worse. In any event, there's still time to draw definitive conclusions. And who knows who may yet emerge as viable contenders.
