The problem areas in Antwerp are areas where a lot of Muslims, Moroccans and Turks live. Just a fact, has nothing to do with racism. But the politicians avoid the details. So there is no separate data available for places like Borgerhout (also named Borgerocco) where the large majority are Moroccans (lots of drug dealers). As a lot of these people have double nationalities, for the (criminal) statistics they are considered as "belgians". So even Covid shows the problem with the "integration" of muslims.

Also, it exploits the healthcare system that tries to bring equality within the medical care. It's not just an issue in Europe. You see the same problems in the USA and Brazil.
