Credir card debt --staggering

  1. Wrong again pizza boy. There are plenty of restaurants and pizza places that are incredibly efficient and have hard working people. But they're managed properly, unlike where you work.

  2. Great story. I’m glad everything worked out for you. Unfortunately if things did go the other way, Trader666 would think you’re a low life loser. Then if you complained about the CC companies tripling your interest rate, he’d say you’re portraying a victim mentality who thinks their entitled to prosperity.

  3. Yea actually you haven’t. This is the only thing you have said that resembles any attempt to resolve anything.
You have however said the words “victim” and “entitlement” about 100 times.

After railing on people who took out debt, you contridicted yourself by admitting that to get ahead people would need to take out loans to go to school. Again, your solution to the problem is the problem itself.

On two occasions I have given a list of areas for you to address, you have not said anything about any of them. Others have, you haven’t. Again you should run for public office. Public officials also have the ability to never answer a direct question. I’ll ask you again. Do you think CC company’s should be allowed to triple my interest rate when I have perfect credit history? A simple yes or no is sufficient.

I bet you would have told slaves that they got what they asked for. Or told Rose Parks to stop her bitching and get to the back of the bus. What am I entitled to then? If I’m accused of a crime can I get a trial? Thank God I still have the right to disagree with people like you.

  4. Please tell me then what makes America different. Surely it’s not because of anything you have ever done.

  5. So how would you know this? I would have thought people like you didn’t associate with low life’s like me. The place I work at now is ok. But I have seen the gradual decline of good people over the past few years. Most just got fed up with the routine. Work your ass off, never get a raise, no benefits, get screwed on your bonus check, and then have to listen to the boss bitch about not making enough money while he drives off in his Lexus. In order to attract good people, you have to pay them good and give them incentive. They don’t have to do that anymore because there is such an abundance of people who need jobs and therefore will work for next to nothing. Then you wonder why they can’t get your order right.

Oh yea, and it’s Mr. Pizza Boy to you.

  6. Wow. If you spent half the energy responding to this thread on ways to improve your situation you would own the pizza shop. Why is it so difficult to understand that YOU are responsible for your LIFE and ALL of its outcomes. You are the creator of your reality !!!

Why are you not out there creating a business that allows your employees all the benefits you hold dear? Do you honestly think that all business owners were born with a silver spoon?

I'm sure there are very successful, caring, wealthy, fun, non-judgemental individuals from your generation that came from a poor family with parents that didn't instill responsibility. What would cause this one individual to pursue that path and not the one you have chosen? Please explain.

  7. Oh please... you make racist comments here:

You want to talk about entitlement? Why don’t we focus on the black people who never tip.

    I said 90% of black people don't tip. It's a fact.

And then you make up some bizarre crap like this and try to put it on me because I told you that you have a victim's mentality? And it's Rosa Parks, pizza boy, NOT Rose.

News flash: slaves and Rosa Parks were real victims. You are not, except in your mind.

  8. You missed the point again because you're too blinded by your victimhood and sense of entitlement so let me spell it out for you.

    You wrote this:

If TraderAntiChrist really wants to see some lazy people, work at a restaurant. Specifically a pizza place. The people there act like I’m asking for their left arm when I suggest that they take 5 extra seconds to get the right address so I don’t knock on the wrong door.

    To which I responded:

Wrong again pizza boy. There are plenty of restaurants and pizza places that are incredibly efficient and have hard working people. But they're managed properly, unlike where you work.

Look at your view: restaurants and pizza places are staffed by lazy people, they don't want to help me, woe is me.

Now look at mine: a pizza place is what you make of it.

Just like life and everything else. It's what you make of it.

  9. Why do you assume that just because somebody delivers pizza, that they haven’t started a business and tried to get ahead? Not every business works out, in fact most fail. That’s fine, that’s the way it goes. It would be impossible to show you all of the things I have done over the past 6 years from insurance to vending machines. The best opportunity I had was having a kiosk in the local mall for 6 months. I learned very quickly that just because you have a store in the mall and pay $8,000 a month in rent, doesn’t guarantee that you will even get sales, let alone profits. I lost 20k doing that, but made some back selling the inventory eBay. Many in that mall are now are now on the verge of closing. My friend that was next door to me has been there for 10 years and now owes the mall many thousands in back rent. This time 3 years ago he would do a few thousand in sales a day, now he is lucky to have a few hundred. I suppose he is lazy too. I mean he is failing right now in business, so he must be a loser. He came from China 20 years ago with nothing and up until the past few years has been very successful running his store. Is the type you are talking about that started with nothing? Well he is being wiped out now. So you see, sometimes it doesn’t matter how hard we try or smart we are, it just doesn’t work out sometimes.

My point in all of this is that it is fine to fail in business, many have done it. I will get back up and try again, I have no doubt about that. But my point is each time I go back to doing jobs to pay the bills until I can regroup and try something else, it gets harder and harder. Life is not getting easier for the little guy, it’s getting harder. Like I said I used to save over $1000 a month from deliverying pizza to use for other things. Now I don’t save anything and for the past several months I have been spending more than I make. Jobs are continually paying less and cost of living is continually going up. I am not the only one, there are many. So to characterize us all as losers, without ever addressing issues affecting us, is just wrong.

  10. It’s nice to see that you have sympathy for some people. Again I am not racist. Saying 90% of black people don’t tip is like saying the sky is blue. It’s just a fact. This is a big factor in how much I make. If a good portion of my orders are no tips, I am making less and less money and am hurting as a result of it.
