dark pools

I trade inactive stocks and look for brokers who offer dark pools that can open large positions on stocks with low ADV. I know a way to make a lot of money very stably, but I can't find a broker that provides this kind of route, or they don't open it to us Chinese. Can someone help me or we can cooperate
