Most likely by end of today there will be >100 good signals > 200 to 400 fake signals. how to trade? - trade with reduced quantity due to the number of fake signals - use market order or stop order for entry. cannot use limit order - select futures that move decisively, not choppily I have been trading nonstop since breakfast. today the brokers, traders & computer mouse sellers will be very happy
cont ... 5. ok. there is 5th chance. crude oil went down first, 25 mins before the US stock market opened. then US index futures went down 10 mins after the US stock market opened. this is the time the ladders ought to be compressed. and we just press BUY, SELL, FLATTEN and adjust the QUANTITY almost all index futures went down. Interestingly Only China A50 didn't go down. But China Shanghai crude oil (and other crude oils) did go down. such a massive storm gives lots of trading opportunities (plus lots of landmines) occurs rarely. it seems like no one needs to tap into their oil reserves. OK. I have earned enough already. What is going to happen next Monday? absolutely no idea other than the fact that there wouldn't be another massive storm.
26 Nov Post mortem / hindsight analysis / reverse engineering I wanted to do it for crude oil but there were too many good and bad signals. So I did it for ES. arrow with F - failed/ fake signal arrow with SO - stopped out
Let me see if MBT micro BTC futures is suitable for day trading or not. yesterday volume - 30k (still not big enough) 1 tick = 5 points volume chart - use 40V stop-loss - use 50 ticks (quite big actually) bid-offer spread - it is still horrific at tens of ticks # of good signals on 29 Nov - only 2 (but one of the signals is not obvious) conclusion : MBT still no good for day trading. there are many other easier-to-trade futures. in fact, trading crude oil is 1000 times better than trading MBT. bye bye MBT.
