Death of a friend and continuing to trade?

    Very sorry about the loss of your friend. I'd tend to agree with taking time off to grieve and process things, but everyone's different. Another alternative -- or perhaps even as you return to trading after taking time off -- would be to lower your risk/position size.

    The forex market drives people nuts already. With emotional distress, things can get very messy, especially with the on-going war. So it would be better to take some time off.

    Sorry for your loss. I’d really suggest you take a break from everything and try to heal yourself. If you really want to continue, you can consider automating your trades to reduce the emotional influence. Good wishes!
