All kinds can't have private tutors ,multi thousand dollar educational courses, 50,000 SAT/admission advisors etc

 

Far more than a kid with a single parent making 16,000 a year.

 

You get what you pay for.The internet is not equal to the educational resources the kids of well off parents have.

 

the students cannot read or write or speak for that matter, but the government provides resources upon resources.
