Not according to the bible it's not. The bible says that 'these words are spirit, and they are life'. Sorry. You can argue all you want that 'works' is all you need, but the bible says that "without faith, it is impossible to please God".

I don't know what you are talking about when you say 'none were ever found to be legit'. This is in direct contradiction to what I have personally heard medical doctors say. I think I will take their word for it instead of some Mary Mapes 60 minutes type producer of some so called news show. sorry. Were the people in the bible healed like it says they were? Jesus heals! got that? I never said Benny Hinn healed anybody of anything. And neither has he ever said it. The bible says 'lay hands on the sick and they shall recover'. If you choose not to believe it , that's your problem. I have no desire to "prove" to you and the writer of the article you provided that the bible is true.

Where do I even start with you. I gave you the scriptures. Jesus healed and he specifically told us (just check out the last part of Mark), to go and lay hands on the sick and they will recover. The writer of the article said he believed Jesus healed, but not nowadays. This is typical. You either believe Jesus or not. You choose not to and so do many people who profess to be christians. It is not my job to prove to you (and him) that the bible is true. Just like doubting Thomas, you want to see before you will believe. Jesus said "blessed are those who believe without seeing." The choice is yours. Not only do you choose not to, but you resort above to call those who do "less than honest". Sad.
here is a simple question. why do you think god allows billions to suffer because of lack of clean water while at the same time he allows\helps benny hinn steal the money that could go to help that suffering? Doesn't lift a finger to help them? He sent his son to die on the cross to help them. "Jesus became poor, so that you could be rich".
