I don't think that this is available in TWS. However, if you were using your own software with IB's API to place and monitor trades automatically then you can program it to cancel the remainder of an order once it has partially filled.
AON is full order or kill. Doesn't, in reality, make much difference in an electronic environment. Unless you are trading visible size. IMHO. This is one area that still benefits from a live floor.
