That squadron patch looks nothing like star trek..the arrowhead design is it even close. No one would conclude Star Trek took it from that. But the New Space Farce has several common copy points from Star Trek. Why should China be asked to not rip of designs when we are doing it haha... Cant you even criticize Trump for creating a stolen symbol and creating a space military we dont need and will waste billions....
Well, point is, they make it sound like it was Star Trek's design. Pretty sure they lifted it too. Here, I flipped it for ya: They didn't have our spiffy graphics programs in '56. Those patches were handmade on embroidering machines. Its f'n close enough.
The two on the left look almost copied. The one on the right had a completely different color scheme and only the triangle cone in the middle. The two on the left have the same star design...let's see the Military try and trademark or copyright it haha
Well no... using your logic I can say that delta is not even close. Space-Force's is 3d, and its white not orange. There is no globe in Starfleet's, the blue color is not even close, the orbit is red and 1/2 there, and Trumps is missing a bunch of stars, and they're not even close to "the same star design". Look again. Like I said, this thing was made in the 50's by hand. They probably only had about 5 different color threads to chose from. At least the patch has Latin... just like those Roman numerals.
"Space, the final frontier. These are the voyages of the Starship MAGA... Its five-year mission: burn as much cash as possible, jack up Boeing's stock (and hence the Dow), and carry President Trump to 2024".
My boy in KY just provided you another one for your book... Senator Rand Paul Verified account @RandPaul 10h10 hours ago 36 hours of ad hominem attacks by Schiff et al can’t erase the irony that the Democrats are doing exactly what they accuse @realDonaldTrump of doing—abusing government to go after their political rival.
See, this is what happens when cons repudiate the creative left. They either end up w/not one original thought or idea between them, or they get a troll job by the left they hire. i think both you and Paul are having trouble with the definition of Ad hominem. For instance, calling Trump and the Republican congress obstructionists is not an ad hominem attack, rather a statement of fact.
Although it is impossible for the opposition party to launch an impeachment without "going after" their political opponent* it doesn't logically follow that in doing so they are necessarily "abusing government." This is weak thinking on Paul's part. One way to look at the impeachment hearings is as a process by which the Congress must decide not only whether the President should be removed but simultaneously whether the effort is a legitimate use of government. The Congress is an imperfect body and it decisions when looked at on the other side of history's arc may be revealed to be either correct or incorrect. It would have been far better had the Republicans brought the impeachment. But under the circumstances that's an impossibility. Most of them, including their leader, are scared to death of Mr. Trump. And for good reason. Few of them have the moral courage it takes to speak truth to power, to admit they have been wrong to support a man dangerous to the Republic; fewer still have the wherewithal to recognize the poverty of their thinking which unfortunately is little different from that of their low information constituents. _______________ * Rand Paul misspoke. He meant "opponent" not "rival."
I must admit... one has to wonder what the vote would be if there were in fact term limits on these bozo's.
