    Massive deal? LOL

The only thing it did was lower beef and auto tariffs. All the other tariffs appear to remain in place.

A whole lot of hot air and not any meaningful change.

Even the U.K. government says it is nowhere near finalized whatsoever. We will wait for further details.

Trump’s trade deal with the United Kingdom isn’t even official yet.

Trump’s UK deal confirms it - he’s weaker than he admits
The US President needed to do something to dispel the growing idea that he is a 'loser'

Trump Has Slowed Growth Of National Debt By 92%
    https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/report-trump-has-slowed-growth-of-national-debt-by-92-mace/
Despite massive resistance in Washington and continued opposition from globalist elites, the Trump administration has made headway in the fight against ballooning federal debt. Since his second inauguration in January, the national debt held by the public — the most meaningful portion of America’s debt, financed by outside creditors — has grown at a dramatically slower rate than during former President Joe Biden’s final stretch in office.

According to an analysis cited by the Washington Examiner, between Jan. 22 and May 6 of this year, the national debt held by the public increased by roughly $37 billion. During the same period in 2024, under Biden, the figure rose by over $478 billion. That amounts to a staggering 92% slowdown in the rate of debt growth — a figure that all but vindicates Trump’s effort to trim federal bloat through the Department of Government Efficiency.

  3. He hasn't passed any major bills yet and the country is still mostly running on Biden's last budget.Wait until Trumps 5 trillion dollar tax bill and increased military spending kicks in.

In Trumps first term he signed into law 8.4 trillion in new spending and increased the deficit from 665 billion to 2.7 trillion.

  4. BTW,Trump is by far the worst President ever when it comes to the debt and deficit. No President has added more new debt/spending or increased the deficit in 1 term than Trump has.And that is an undisputed fact.

Trump Negotiates Ceasefire Between India, Pakistan
    https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/pa...bases-as-subcontinent-conflict-escalates-cmc/
President Donald Trump announced Saturday morning that he had helped to negotiate a ceasefire between the nuclear-armed powers of India and Pakistan after weeks of rising tension and armed conflict.

Pakistan’s armed forces announced Friday that it launched a number of strikes against Indian military targets after India fired missiles at multiple targets within Pakistan earlier in the week. As the situation appeared to be spiraling out of control, President Trump announced that he had helped to negotiate an “immediate” ceasefire in a social media post on Saturday morning.

Across the face of the earth, media outlets quoting sources from both countries are saying Trump & the U.S. had nothing to do with the ceasefire -- despite all of Trump's claims about the U.S. bringing about the ceasefire. Trump negotiated nothing; once again he is taking credit for something he had nearly no involvement with.

Another one of his picks wants to fire any general who spoke with others about whether Trump was pressuring them to carry out concerning orders. So they’re damned if they don’t follow the constitutional chain of command, but also punished for upholding their oath to recognize and refuse illegal orders.

Said many times but bears repeating.

Peale’s Power of Positive Thinking teaches that belief can reshape reality. It can be comforting for some, but dangerous when taken to extremes. It encourages ignoring doubt, dismissing facts, and treating confidence as truth. That mindset easily slips into conspiracy thinking: if you feel something is true, then it is.

Norman Vincent Peale wasn’t just a bestselling author; he was Trump’s family pastor. Trump didn’t just absorb this outlook, he weaponized it. He avoids intelligence briefings not out of just laziness, but because facts might contradict the reality he’s trying to project.

    Also probably busy planning thieving/legacy.
