About 12 years ago I watched a sorta documentary called "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead". I juice once a day every weekday now and will do a 10 day juice reboot once a year. I feel absolutly great and my bloodwork has been excellent. Another doc I found very informative was called "Food Matters". I agree though it's important to discuss any major change in diet with a nutritionist. Good luck.
I did a search to find out what it means to "juice," and based on what I read, I assume what you meant to type was that you juice one day every week. Otherwise, you would only be eating solid foods on the weekends.
Yes, I use a juicer. One can vary the fruits and veggies you choose to juice depending on your needs.
