Elizabeth Warren Begs SEC To Punish Reddit Investors Who ‘Inflict Financial Damage’ On Hedge Funds

Discussion in 'Politics' started by Market_Diver, Jan 30, 2021.

  1. Listen to the first 30 or so seconds. She said they just don't know because the SEC is not doing its job properly. Was that so hard to grasp?

The entire interview was meandering all over the place.

Elizabeth Warren hates Wall Street, its never been a secret. She is looking for an excuse and we know what the end game is.

    Wildchild nails it again.

  8. So, where has she been all those years demanding explanations for market rigging, insider trading, bribes, corporate tax evasion on a grand scale and white collar crimes by hedge funds? What is her track record in that area? I don't find any. I stick to my claim that the ONLY politician in America today who is credible and honest is Bernie Sanders. Nobody else, not on the left not on the right.

  9. The absolute top reason why we should all be angry and questioning the status quo is how it can be legal for brokers to limit investors from buying shares in companies. Not saying there are no other issues at play that are deserving of illumination but this the most outrageous interference with fair and equitable markets that I ever experienced in my 20 years as professional trader.

  10. It has been a casino for the past 100 years, operated by the wall street mafia that nicely donates and lobbies politicians year in year out. Suddenly when the small guys get together it's market rigging and a casino? I had a neutral opinion of Warren but perhaps she really deserves the nick pocahontas.
