Why is the Peperoni curled up like that? Is it cut too thin? Is the front of pan cooked deeper into the oven as I can see right side to be burned a little bit? I just can't stand when Pizza is burned as it then is a bit dried out.
if pizza is cooked more than 12 inches, the crust will curl. According to italian pizza makers in italy, to cook a perfect pizza must be cooked with only 1-2 toppings and less than 12 inches. The reason for that is because of the crust. You don't want the crust to be burned and flimsy/messy
