In this case, I used the 23.6 and then the gap fill, and simply watched to see if there'd be a higher low off the 38.2 (there wasn't, just bounce and drop)
I run six, 3x3 ... Monitor #1 13500 el loco con fibs & DOM (lower level left) Monitor #2 1500 el loco sin fibs (lower level center) Monitor #3 5 Minute Globex el loco con fibs lower level right) & 4500 el loco sin fibs Monitor #4 Active order window so I don't leave orders hanging open (upper level left) Monitor #5 5 minute RTH naked but with prior high, low, close marked (upper level center) Monitor #6 ET lol and my I also keep my daily chart here (upper level right). I could easily get away with four, but I don't think I could be as effective with less than that unless I went back to just PA off a naked 5 minute chart. I know people like to rag on indi's, but used as tools rather than gospel I have found them to be quite valuable. I run a stoch on the 4500 el loco but not the others ... can not longer tell you why I took it from the others other than I like giving the candles as much room as I can because I see better that way. Here is the current look at the RTH 5 minute which will give us a clue as to why the current 1500 loco long is so choppy ...
what is el loco. btw if you can compromise on size then can have six charts in two monitors without affecting your strategy, but you do need a magnifying glass. i have a six monitor setup but i use only two with 6 chart layout. i have a ruler, calculator and a magnifying glass. primitive tools but very effective.
