If the WMD used is a nuke, the IAEA or similar agency probably has isotopic signature information in its database, allowing the country of origin nuke to be identified. A tell would be how fast Russia responds after a nuclear detonation on their soil and perhaps target type.
Yes, a 10-fold increase in deaths in a specific age group is 'nothing.' Sure, wave that flag. Meantime, that is a MASSIVE signal. They are not providing the causes of death, nor are they investigating. That is the fucking problem! They refuse to look. Also, many of these deaths are 'unknown cause' a diagnosis which never landed in the top 20 causes of death and is now at number 2 or 3 in many places. (Alberta, for example). But, yeah, situation normal. Probably a bus wrecked on a field trip.
If the causes of death are actually being withheld from the public, especially after a long pattern of disclosure through release of statistics has been established, then probable cause for an conspiracy investigation has been established. There is normally a significant period of time between the ending period of certain statistics and the release of tabulated results, correct? Deaths are easy to quickly measure. It seems reasonable to assume that determining the actual causes of death and tabulating them takes longer. There is a point where an investigative or social media reporter might become interested in digging deeper, however.
