So what exactly are you snacking on after dinner? Because it sounds like you feel somewhat guilty about it.
Yup that’s what I think is possible for sure. Unfortunately I didn’t check my body fat prior to starting TRF. Also perhaps I need to change things up a bit just to shock my body because it’s possible that my body is getting used to this system of eating.
Mostly it’s not that bad. Cheese and crackers and a glass of wine. Some fruit. Some popcorn. Some chocolate or some dessert. Sometimes all 4. I think that’s the problem when I do the latter.
So, some sugar, salt, more sugar. That is pretty bad specially after dinner. Anyhow you might have missed my edit, did you take picture before and after for comparison? (you don't have to post it, just asking) Even family pictures can be used to see if you are more muscular after starting TRF than before.
I recommend you try to eliminate one of those four items for the next couple of weeks, and then if you're successful, move on to the next item. I'd start at the crackers and then eventually eliminate the dessert. The weight needle isn't going to move much if you're eating dessert on a daily basis. A glass of wine and a piece of cheese OR chocolate should be your after dinner goal. Personally, I have one square of chocolate daily, and that comes from a chocolate bar with at least 70% cacao.
Of course. And eat a normal dinner portion (I usually eat a larger portion). I know I just need to eat less and TRF seems to be helping in that respect except for the night meal. I really think only drastic measures (like eliminating dinner) would help. Maybe not but
Mate, I think you have solved your problem! That's a lotta calories there. Hundreds and hundreds. Just avoid all that crap and you'll lose fat so fast, you will not know what hit you.
