See, this is how that Hannity shill who wrote that article tricks Cons, uses a bit of facts and phrases in such a way that confirms your biases. The 'export' was for PROCESSING raw Uranium which was still owned by the company, it wasn't a physical export in return for cash which is called SELLING.

so was it the physical export or uranium?

no one but you was trying to make a distinction between raw uranium and enriched.
no one cared about whether it was cash transfer or selling or booked some other way.

the point was that the uranium that was not supposed to leave the country but it did.

now you are just lying your ass off to make up for the fact you have been lying your ass off.

here is the plain english again...

from your link... phyisical Uranium from Uranium One did go to Europe.

"Uranium One's American arm, however, emailed a statement to The Hill on Wednesday evening confirming it did export uranium to Canada through the trucking firm and that 25 percent of that nuclear fuel eventually made its way outside North America to Europe and Asia, stressing all the exports complied with federal law."

and its confirmed in your article again...

Yet NRC memos reviewed by The Hill show that it did approve the shipment of yellowcake uranium - the raw material used to make nuclear fuel and weapons - from the Russian-owned mines in the United States to Canada in 2012 through a third party. Later, the Obama administration approved some of that uranium going all the way to Europe, government documents show.

NRC officials said they could not disclose the total amount of uranium that Uranium One exported because the information is proprietary. They did, however, say that the shipments only lasted from 2012 to 2014 and that they are unaware of any exports since then.

NRC officials told The Hill that Uranium One exports flowed from Wyoming to Canada and on to Europe between 2012 and 2014, and the approval involved a process with multiple agencies....

There is a big distinction between PHYSICAL EXPORT IN RETURN FOR CASH which is called SELLING

and 'EXPORT' where the 'EXPORTER' RETAINS the ownership of the product, there is no transfer of ownership.

    That's the key term there

Secondly, the 25% book transfer were done on the orders of NRC and since NRC regulates actual exports and refused to divulge the details, it's pretty clear it was done for national security purposes. Book transfers can happen to make up for shortfall from previous transactions, US imports it's Uranium, it's highly likely that they took Uranium when they had a shortage from Europeans and then made up for it later.

I cant even call that specious bullshit...

Hillary was paid millions and uranium let the country...

no one cares if it was enriched or how the payment for the uranium itself was handled.

your points are completely irrelevant and probably completely wrong too...
you are just bullshitting your ass off.

1.I remind you Putin's Rosatom owns Uranium One so even if it was not sold or transferred then according to your argument he retains ownership of the uranium when it was exported...
where is it now once it got to Europe and Asia?

    2. Since Putin owned it the price was irrelevant and your whole selling argument is ridiculous.

plus everything you wrote is irrelevant.

Uranium one also told us that

"Uranium One's American arm, however, emailed a statement to The Hill on Wednesday evening confirming it did export uranium to Canada through the trucking firm and that 25 percent of that nuclear fuel eventually made its way outside North America to Europe and Asia, stressing all the exports complied with federal law."

    Again, a simple question

Why would anyone pay millions for uranium that Russia had 14% of. The amount of Uranium you are ALLEGING that left the country is so minuscule, it makes no sense at all to bribe someone over it. This is like accusing Russia of bribing for export of vodka out of the country.

And I did notice how you dropped Russia out of your allegations, it's a start. LOL

    simple counter question...
why would you expect treason to make sense?
why would putin send up to 140 millions dollars to the clinton foundation..
and pay bill 500 gs in walking around money for a speech if it was not for treason?

you best answer is you hope it was for the uranium?

So a CANADIAN national who didn't have any stake in the company donated to CF 18 months BEFORE Clinton became SoS means Putin sent that money? How did Putin know that Hillary Clinton will lose the Dem nomination, Obama will win and then Obama will make her SoS back in 2007? Is Putin a witch along with being a shape shifting Canadian?

I will like some answers to these.
